A Clarkston family came to us with their beautiful swiss style home in need of repairs and a fresh coat of Rhino Shield paint. This swiss inspired home is made with stucco and wooden trim, there were gashes in the stucco and paint was starting to peel on the trim, hints of fading and rotten wood.
Our experienced installation group went in and power washed the whole home, they then proceed to replace all of the rotten wood. This home has complex wooden trims with angles and seams. Our goal was to make the replacements as clean and seamless as possible keeping the same look and precision as when first built. First we power washed the home to get rid of as much dirt and other grime off the home. We then went in a repaired the stucco that had cracks, holes, and gashes taken out of it from the wear and tear of the elements. Next we began to scrape off all of the left over paint and debris that the power washer could not reach, this is a necessary step in the success of our APS.
After the team was done scraping the paint they applied our APS, adhesive primer sealer this primer is a necessary step in the success of protecting the home. The APS seals your home and creates a tacky finish that sticks to our top coat to create the ultimate seal for any home. We then applied our top coat that further seals and protect the home, it is made of ceramic and elastic. Ceramic paints offer the home the best protection against the elements, our ceramic is made out of 3M microspheres that pack easily and create a solid barrier that wont break down. The family went with their original white stucco and brown trim, making their house look spectacular.
