Our installation team was tasked with taking this older home and turning it into something special. There was fading and fungi growth on the vinyl and brick, as well as dirt build-up all over the home.

Our installation team started out by power washing the whole home, then scraping any excess off after. Thankfully there was no rotten wood in the trim, this allowed us to get our job done quicker. The installation team went in and began the application process, starting with our adhesive, primer, and sealer or APS. Our APS is an amazing primer that is the first layer of defense against rain and other foreign agents that could hurt your home. It also acts like a super-strong adhesive creating a tight bond between your home and our durable finish coat or DFC. The team then applied our DFC, our finish coat is the armor of your home. It is UV resistant increasing your energy efficiency and making your home cooler in the summer. It is also waterproof mixed with anti-fungi chemicals to prevent the growth of mold and mildew. Our DFC increases your home's insulation as well, allowing your home to lose less heat or cool air. 

The homeowners live right by a lake system with lots of rain, heavy winters, and hot summers. This is a great area where you can see our coating succeed, our coating is breathable because of its elastomeric makeup allowing the coating to stretch and move as the house does. This allows temperature changes and harsh weather without the coating bubbling, cracking, or peeling. They decided to go with a dark blue for their vinyl and light blue for their brick. This creates a very cool and trendy contrast setting their home apart from their neighbors.
