Marc Mercier

Marc started his career in home improvement sales working with two different companies, where he worked for 20 years until he decided to take a leap of faith and pursue his dream to own/run his own company.  Marc, alongside with his wife started Timeless Coatings LLC, dba Rhino Shield of MI in 2008 and have been building the company ever since.

Our fearless leader is also the production manager of the company.  He stays very involved with his clients and their projects.  On a daily basis he is making sure the jobs are moving along as planned and managing all of the painting crews in the field.  Continuing to maintain excellent customer satisfaction is important to him and he strives to ensure that every customer has a great experience from start to finish with Rhino Shield.

In his spare time, he enjoys boating and yoga when he can find time to relax after a work day.
