Having your paint be maintenance-free means that low to no care needed to preserve the looks of your home's paint job. Latex paints are prone to have mold, mildew, and dirt grow on them so that involves washing or scraping the surface. With Rhino Shield coating that won't be necessary thanks to our fungicide cocktail that we mix into our top layer.
