Our Installation team visited a beautiful home to see fading paint and fungi growth on the home's vinyl. The team went in and began the preparation process, this is started by power washing and scraping off any fungi or possible chap chips on the home's siding and trim. They then repaired any damages or rotting on the siding and trim so our coating has a healthy clean surface to be applied to. 

The team then began the application process, our process is simple yet effective. First, we tape off all areas of the home that don't need to be painted, then we lay our tarps on the plants and grass, then began the application. They start out by applying our APS which is an adhesive primer that seals the home, its adhesive to stick to our topcoat, and seals to protect the home. IT is more than just a primer it serves just as big of a purpose as the topcoat itself. The team then applied out DFC, our topcoat is a high-tech mix of resins, ceramics, and pigments to protect your home. The durable finish coat is UV resistant, waterproof, flexible, breathable, adds insulation to your home and so much more. The homeowners went with a cool color to better reflect UV light and boost energy efficiency in the summer.

We went to a beautiful home in Ypsilanti, MI it had tons of peeling and desperately needed a new paint job. We power washed and scraped the whole home to get all of the peeling paint off. This is important because our Adhesive Primer and Sealer needs a clean and smooth to adhere to.Once we power washed and scraped all of the peeling paint off we began our application process. 

We applied out sticky APS (Adhesive Primer Sealer). Our Primer is the ultimate sealer, our primer seals the home protecting from rain and other elements. Our Top coat is flexible and durable allowing the house to settle and expand without cracking or peeling the paint. That will help this house exponential, their peeling and cracking paint came from their house expanding along with the sun directly hitting the home putting the paint under pressure. Our top coat is UV resistant meaning it bounces heat and UV rays off the home.
